We use evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Child-Centered Play Therapy in order to effectively treat all clients, regardless of age, gender or need. Together with your counselor, you will identify your needs and goals and develop a targeted plan specifically tailored to help you meet them.
