Our Team is lead by company founder Anthony Halby and his son Mark A. Halby, CFP®, AIF® and our wonderful staff.
Mark is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate from the Certified Financial Planning Board of Standards. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Mark has been in the Financial Services Industry for over five years and is committed to helping each one of his clients. He demonstrates his dedication to the Financial Planning profession and has been an active member of the Financial Planning Association since 2008. Mark remains very involved in the community and is a member of the San Diego State University Alumni Association as well as a member of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Anthony is recognized in the prestigious publication “Who’s Who in America in Finance and Industry” He is a Past President of the California Association of Health Underwriters. He has also held various positions on the board of the National Association of Health Underwriters. Since opening his agency in 1971, Anthony has worked extensively with elected officials in both Congress and the California Legislature to enact laws to make insurance accessible and affordable. With degrees in both Marketing and Management, Anthony shares his expertise by teaching Continuing Education classes; including such complex topics as “Global Health Care Delivery Systems”. He holds licenses in both California and Nevada.
