Alea is a multidimensional healer, yogi, and health coach. She graduated from Sacred Path Healing Arts School on O'ahu and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2016. A licensed massage therapist and RYT 200 yoga instructor with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, Alea offers a wide range of wellness services.

She also creates yoga-inspired jewelry reflecting the chakra and energy centers. A passionate nature lover, she enjoys yoga, aerial arts, surfing, snorkeling, hiking, gardening, and working as a private chef. Most importantly, she’s the proud mother of her 12-year-old son, Ke’ohi.
