My aunt recently passed away and as a trustee of her estate, I was responsible for handling her final wishes. She signed up for cremation many, many years ago and I was not sure what to expect from the contract she signed. But my fears were unwarranted as Malcolm took care of everything professionally and efficiently, and more importantly, in a very kind and very caring manner.
There is no pressure, here. They provide wonderful and compassionate service at a very reasonable price. Malcolm was patient with my questions about the forms I had to fill out. When they came to pick up the body it was done with the utmost dignity and respect. They are really some wonderful people, and I thank them for their service.
Malcolm made the process easy for us. He was very thorough and was able to help us design a beautiful headstone for our relative. There were many options in designs, whether it was flowers or religious/cultural symbols.
