We use a restorative technique of chiropractic that less than 2% of chiropractors are trained in. This method produces lasting results, usually within 60-90 days of treatment.
Our practice includes a combination of traditional chiropractic, spinal remodeling traction, postural exercises, and lifestyle education to break habits that contribute to poor posture, pain, and dysfunction. Our office is conveniently located in beautiful Silver Lake, NH. We also have remote posture coaching available.
