Business Description
My main focus has been working with children and adolescents in London, Kent and Stoke On Trent, providing comprehensive assessments and providing evidenced based treatments within a variety of different roles. We can then begin to set goals to think about what you would like to be different and how these would demonstrate an improvement in your mental health and work toward these using CBT. If CBT doesn’t appear to the appropriate therapy, or you don’t feel this particular therapy is correct for you. I will provide recommendations on appropriate steps moving forward which might include an alternative therapy to CBT.
