I have always enjoyed the outdoors, Alaska bush work, and its physical demands.
After an auto accident 15 years ago that herniated a disc in my lower back and neck I could no longer use a conventional bed pillow. If my neck was bent at all, pain would radiate into my shoulders. I experienced this pain for many years and experimented with nearly every type of pillow on the market, none of which helped alleviate or lessen the pain.
