Born to Be Wild Lifestyle offers somatic therapy in Denver for women and couples healing from trauma. Using body-based practices, Dovie supports clients working through PTSD, sexual trauma, disorganized attachment, and relationship challenges. Somatic EMDR, polyvagal-informed techniques, and trauma-sensitive approaches help you reconnect with your body, access safety, and rediscover pleasure.

Founder Dovie Gena is a Certified Somatic EMDR Practitioner (Embody Lab, 2025), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (PESI, 2024), and Certified Sexologist (American Board of Sexology, 2021). Her advanced training includes the Reclaiming Pleasure Workshop with Kai Cheng
