I brought my daughter in to get her hair braided after my own braider didn't quite hit the mark with what my daughter wanted (my daughter has very long, thick curly-kinky hair that has challenged other braiders in the past). I brought my daughter in and they asked me to bring her back an hour later. Once we got in they were very kind, gentle, and my daughter was absolutely elated. We've been back twice since. This is the only place I will get my daughter's hair braided from now on.
