Budgets often get approved before anyone tests whether the market can supply the people needed to deliver them. Christopher Nelson brings workforce capacity into the investment decision by asking three questions. What is being built and competing for the same people? Can it be powered? Can it be staffed, with skilled trades, field leaders, and contractors available at a cost and pace the plan can support? He offers keynotes and executive sessions, including "Backlog Is Not Executable Revenue," "The Workforce Behind the AI Buildout," "The Rise of Workforce Intelligence," and "Workforce Due Diligence." He also gives media commentary and closed-door briefings for leadership teams and investment committees on expansion and site selection, capital deployment and due diligence, and workforce and contractor capacity. His perspective draws on original research from the Workforce Intelligence Lab.
