Concord Auto Body & Paint is an owner-operated body and paint shop on Monument Boulevard in Concord, California. Customers regularly mention the owner, Hash, by name: he walks them through the damage, explains the options and stays in touch until the car is back on the road.

Most work starts with a collision. The shop assesses both visible and hidden damage, repairs dents, replaces panels that can't be saved, straightens body and frame structure, and takes care of related mechanical items such as cooling, suspension and alignment. Refinishing ranges from a single repaired panel to a complete color change, with surface preparation and color matching done in-house. Custom colors are also available.

Beyond collision repair, the shop offers routine mechanical service (brakes, clutches, oil and filters, radiators and water pumps, air conditioning, electrical, exhaust, shocks and struts), plus interior and exterior detailing for owners keeping a car or getting it ready to sell.

Toyota Land Cruisers are a specialty. The shop takes on FJ25, FJ40, FJ45, FJ60, FJ80, BJ42 and HJ45/47 projects, from original-style restorations to custom builds with bumpers, fender flares, side steps, roof racks, roll cages, interiors and paint.

Getting started is simple. Request a free estimate in person or send photos through the website. If the car can't be driven, the shop can arrange a tow, which is free when the repair is done there. It can also help coordinate a rental car while your vehicle is in the shop. Bring any insurance estimate or claim details and the team will work from there.

Body and frame repairs are guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle, and refinishing is guaranteed for three years (rock and sand damage excluded). The shop is registered with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (ARD #239299).
