Cornerstone Roofing & Restoration is a veteran-led roofing and restoration company based at 890 Point of the Pines Dr in Colorado Springs, Colorado - 6,035 feet up on the eastern slope of the Front Range, in the shadow of Pikes Peak. We're not a call center routing leads to subcontractors, and we're not a franchise branch reporting numbers to an office in another state. We're two owners, a crew, and a service area we can drive across in under an hour: El Paso and Douglas counties, from Fountain and Security-Widefield in the south, through Colorado Springs itself - Briargate, Broadmoor, Manitou Springs, Stratmoor, Black Forest - north through Monument and Gleneagle, up to Castle Rock, Larkspur, and Aurora, and east out to Falcon and Peyton.

Who's behind it

Cornerstone was founded by Briley Wahl and Zach Flagg, who between them bring more than 16 years of hands-on roofing and restoration experience to every job. Zach served four years in the U.S. Army before moving into the trade - a background that shows up in how the company runs: documented inspections, written estimates, and a refusal to sell a homeowner something their roof doesn't need. Briley's seven years in the industry cover both the technical side of roofing systems and the day-to-day of running crews through a Colorado Springs job schedule, where a single week can bring 90-degree sun, a hailstorm, and an overnight freeze.

That combination - military discipline plus tradesman experience, both rooted in this specific city — is why Cornerstone describes itself as neighbors, not a national chain. When a homeowner in Stratmoor or a property manager in Castle Rock calls, they're reaching the people who own the business, not a dispatcher.
