Crystal synthesizes evidence-based psychotherapy and coaching with elements of transpersonal/spiritual psychology, functional fitness, leadership, integrative health, meditation and mindfulness, somatic psychology, and nature and outdoor-based play, creating a dynamic experience for her clients.These methods stem from her Master’s in Counseling Psychology, CoActive Coach Training, eCornell High Performance Leadership, Bachelor’s in Wildlife Biology and Conservation, Enneagram certification, and 15+ years experience as an ACE Certified Medical Exercise and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Crystal is a certified Trauma Specialist, and has extensive training in Exposure-based therapies for treatment of PTSD, OCD, and anxiety.
