Dr. Anoosha Bhandarkar is a young, passionate and dedicated Diabetologist in Karnataka. After completing her Masters in the year 2013, to further enhance her clinical practice in the field of Diabetes treatment, she earned her Diploma in Diabetology from S.L. Raheja Hospital Mumbai and Certification in Diabetes Foot Surgery from AIMS, Kochi. Her leadership has been instrumental in the establishment of a Comprehensive Diabetes Care unit at SDM Hospital, Dharwad. She strives to help the patients undergo an appropriate treatment for Diabetes and Diabetic Foot and also provides preventive regimen to keep their sugar levels in check. She believes that earlier the diabetes and diabetic foot lesions are identified, the better is the chance of getting hold on the symptoms and preventing further complications.
