Dr. Pinky Goyal is a senior consultant in respiratory and sleep medicine at Medanta Hospital Gurugram since March 2011 and a visiting Pulmonologist at D'Mettle Clinic and Medanta MediClinic Gurugram. After earning her M.B.B.S., she went on to acquire a postgraduate degree in tuberculosis and chest diseases. She specialises in advanced bronchoscopy and thoracoscopic treatments and has vast experience treating all facets of Pulmonology. In the past 12 years, she has performed over 10,000 bronchoscopies and thoracostomies, on patients in the emergency room, intensive care unit, and post-operatively. She also possesses substantial expertise in all pleural operations, including complex pleural interventional techniques like medical thoracoscopy, tracheal and endobronchial stenting, tracheal dilatation, and endobronchial ultrasonography. She oversees the multidrug-resistant TB clinic at Medanta and shares leadership of the expansive, team-based project Mission TB Free Haryana.
