Duranco Inc has been remodeling South Florida homes since 2010 as a state-licensed general contractor, license CGC1519363, held by Joaquin Duran. We work in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties and take on three types of projects: kitchens, bathrooms, and additions or conversions. Kitchens cover cabinets, countertops, tile and lighting plus the plumbing and electrical behind them. Bathrooms include tub-to-shower conversions with waterproofing installed as a system and tested before tile. Additions include second floors, garage and attic conversions and sunrooms, built from engineered drawings to hurricane-zone code. Estimates are free and done on site with an itemized price and start date in writing. Every job is permitted, inspected and covered by a written warranty. Insured. Financing available.
