Elephant Plate is a plant-based gluten-free prepared meals company and retail our food through our store in Millburn. We are shortly starting our second store in Montclair. We are also launching our micro retailing initiative with smart fridges. We are already in Summit NJ and shortly launching in Short Hills , Morristown and other towns in NJ. We offer a global menu and do not use any preservatives, processed food, or frozen food. Food is chilled and vacuum packed and has shelf life of 4-6 days in a refrigerator.
