Gerard has 10+ years of experience in working in the Real Estate industry. He was born and raised in
Margate and his knowledge base spans all South Jersey. Prior to joining Marketplace, he obtained a
bachelor's degree from Villanova University and worked in multifamily investments where he
assisted in the acquisitions and development of over 1 billion dollars of multifamily residential real
estate. He uses his background of working on first-home, second-home and multifamily
investments to assist his clients in making smart, creative and data driven decisions.
