At Hacienda Pediatric Dentistry, we believe the most important thing we can do as a pediatric dentist office is to give children the lifelong tools for ongoing dental health. We work with families from Walnut, Diamond Bar and Hacienda Heights. Dr. Audrey Sheu’s philosophy in pediatric dentistry combines the latest technology with the knowledge of a child’s psychological and emotional needs at each stage of life. She hopes that by providing a fun and positive dental experience, she can provide each child with a desire to incorporate dental health as an integral part of their lifestyle. During her Bachelor of Science studies in biology and psychology at UCLA, Dr. Sheu decided that she wanted to be a dentist to combine her desire to be in the health field and her affinity for working with her hands. Dr. Sheu practiced general dentistry for two years and in that time, Dr. Sheu found that she particularly enjoyed working with children. Wanting to ensure that she could provide the best care to her pediatric patients, Dr. Sheu returned to Loma Linda Hospital for her post-graduate specialty training in pediatric dentistry.
