We are a veteran-owned property management company that specializes in personal service and making the most money for our clients. We have a low monthly management fee of $70 per property, and a one-time 50% lease-up fee (per property) when we acquire a new tenant. There's no lease renewal fee, no cancellation fee, and no up-charges. We keep the costs low, so you can maximize profit. We conduct three inspections: Before Move-In inspection, Six-Month inspection, and an After Move-Out inspection. We also do inspections upon request. We perform all inspections for FREE. If there is anything wrong with the property, we have a network of licensed contractors who have been vetted for good pricing and quality work, who would work diligently on your property to get it ready in no time.
