Hermosa Montessori School, founded in 1979, is a private Tucson preschool and a tuition-free public charter school for kindergarten, elementary, and middle school students. Hermosa is a school community of lifelong learners that integrates Montessori education with Arizona Academic Standards to foster self-motivated, moral, social and environmentally responsible individuals.
Hermosa Montessori School was established in a distinctive Tucson location chosen for its beauty. Our 16-acre campus is within the Tanque Verde Valley, near Fort Lowell and Soldier Trail.
