Expertise in working with anxiety, life transitions, cultural and immigrant challenges, trauma and PTSD. We offer In-person & Virtual support. Through a safe environment, we work with you to help explore your inner strengths. Our treatment style is rooted in evidence based techniques which assures results. Depending upon the needs of the clients and a good fit as per individual issues we may go down the Narrative route or EMDR. Essentially, our approach is explorative and one that promotes independence in dealing with mental health issues.
