The service was prompt, and the technician is courteous and professional. He provided an estimate before any work began with our AC that was not turning on, which I truly appreciated. Their repair charge was quite reasonable too. He also phoned me in advance of his arrival so I could meet him outside. I'll give them five stars for the excellent work!
