IHCS T/AS Access Ability Care Pty Ltd was established in 2021 by Aliya Azimi and Nash Hashemi, due to their passion to provide excellence service and to actualize ability and talents of people with disability.

Aliya Azimi has completed various education background in nursing, community services, counselling, mental health, visual arts and currently undertaking double degree in psychological science. Aliya Azimi has been working in disability and healthcare fields for more than 8 years. She has been working with people with different kind of disabilities. Her passion is to provide excellent service based on self-person Centre approach and holistic approach. Nash Hasyemi has been working in management field for more than 40 years, he also has long experienced as business development manager.
