Our mission is to provide in-person and virtual EMDR therapy, EMDR intensives, and traditional psychotherapy for adults struggling to heal from childhood and adult trauma, parents struggling with perinatal mental health concerns (including pregnancy loss, pregnancy anxiety and depression, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and anxiety), and adults living with dissociative identity disorder and complex PTSD. Our goal is to empower our clients to move toward a peaceful and joyful future.
