Business Description

Lay Cistercians of South Florida is a prayer group based on the Cistercian religious order. Affiliated with the Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Monastery in Conyer’s Georgia and under the spiritual direction of Fr. Delisi and Sister Lillian Shank. The Lay Cistercian movement is approved and encouraged by the Catholic Church. Key elements of the Lay Cistercian formation are the Rule of St. Benedict and Lectio Divina. We meet monthly in Delray Beach Florida with the intention to draw closer to God with our prayer and education. Annually we take a spiritual retreat together to meet with the monks at the Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Monastery.
