Men's Haircuts, Updo Hairstyles Taka Tokuyama made his way from Japan to New York City in 2004, beginning his stateside career at the distinguised Warren-Tricomi and Patrick Melville salons. By 2011, Taka had already opened first salon in the Upper East Side, Manhattan. He would go on to open two other Tokuyama Salons in New York City's TriBeCa and East Village neighborhoods, and Leverage New York Salon in the glamorous Hiroo Mixing Japanese structure with a New York City edge, Taka meets the demands of the everyday woman, the sophisticated Manhattan elite, and a number of illustrious celebrities. He has graced the locks of Lindsey Lohan, Petra Nemcova, Paris Hilton, Jessica Szohr, and Masahiro Tanaka amongst others. He has worked on editorials for Vogue,Teen Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, and Nylon.
