Promptly after calling, and with very short notice (I procrastinated - oops), Clara (the owner) called me back and was flexible and responsive regarding sending a crew out to provide cleaning services for my parents. She asked about the scope of the work that I wanted done, and recommended a crew size and rough amount of time that it would take. After finding a time that worked for my parents, I contacted Clara and she was able to accommodate my request without any trouble.
