I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and founder of Montgomery County Sports Massage.
My mission is pretty simple: MAKE IT EASIER FOR ATHLETES OF ALL LEVELS TO STAY ACTIVE.
I have been a massage therapist since 2018 and a fitness enthusiast for many years. I am passionate about keeping people active and fit through every stage of their lives.
As an expert in massage therapy for active people, my goal is to help athletes of all levels reduce muscle soreness and tension, overcome and prevent injuries, as well as improve range of motion, flexibility, and strength.
I am here to support you in all of your athletic endeavors. Together we can accomplish great things on your fitness journey!
In addition to running my massage therapy practice, I am an avid reader, and enjoy needle crafts, jiu-jitsu, and cycling. I homeschool my three children, and love to see their minds expand and thrive with knowledge and compassion. I also adore our sweet and entertaining rescue kitties, Stripes and Gracie Lou.
