I have been in the mortgage industry since 2003. Experience, education and transparency are my three keys to making sure that there are no surprises along the path to getting your dream home or refinancing. I want my clients and their closings to go the way I would want if I were the borrower.
The process starts with information-gathering, and once the goals of the client and their financial picture are clear, expertise of loan programs and underwriting requirements to identify potential programs that fit the needs of the client. I'm a stickler for the details, and you need a mortgage professional who has the experience to know where the devil could be laying in those details.
