The technician's knowledge and promptness really set him apart from all the rest. I'll never use anyone else. He's the best technician I ever had. I was so happy with his performance for he exerted so much effort to fix my refrigerator hinge problem. It was all fixed perfectly. I had no more questions about the outcome.
