The materials and workmanship on each of our buildings are covered by a two-year warranty. Every building from NW Sheds is constructed using carefully chosen materials. Consequently, we can provide a two-year warranty on each unit against manufacturing and workmanship flaws. The buyer commits, by accepting this warranty, to paint and caulk the structure within 30 days of erection, including the doors. To allow air to circulate beneath the building, the customer agrees to keep vegetation at a minimum surrounding the building. Caulking ought to be used as well.
