Pally Roofing LLC is a family-owned roofing and exterior contractor headquartered at 10340 Industrial St in Garrettsville, Ohio. Led by owner Phillip Schmucker, the company has built its reputation around three promises: make it fun, work fast, and provide the friendliest service in the industry. That's why customers across Northeast Ohio know Pally Roofing as "The Friendliest Roofer." Pally Roofing's core services are residential roofing, roof repair, commercial roofing, and gutters. For homeowners, the team handles full roof replacements and new installations in asphalt shingles and metal, with a specialty in metal roofing systems including standing seam, ribbed metal, and stone-coated metal shingles built to stand up to Ohio hail, wind, and snow. Roof repair services cover leaks, soft spots, storm and hail damage, and missing or damaged shingles. For commercial clients, Pally Roofing works on apartment complexes, office buildings, and other commercial properties.
The company also installs and repairs custom-length seamless gutters, gutter guards and covers, and offers professional gutter cleaning with photo documentation of every job. Additional exterior services include skylight installation and repair, siding, and window installation. What sets Pally Roofing apart is its educational approach. Every estimate includes a 20-point roof inspection using the latest technology, precise measurements, and a clear explanation of the roofing process and product options, so customers can make informed decisions without pressure. Installers receive continued training at Pally Roofing's own facility to deliver consistent, high-quality results, and pricing is fair and transparent.
Pally Roofing is BBB A+ accredited, works with trusted manufacturers such as Owens Corning and Tilcor, and was named a 2025 Nextdoor Neighborhood Faves winner. The company serves Garrettsville, Hiram, Mantua, Ravenna, Kent, Streetsboro, Aurora, Hudson, Bainbridge, Chagrin Falls, Bedford, Newton Falls, and surrounding communities.
