The Pirucream "recipe" is a product of a traditional family recipe, made at home.
A secret recipe from the Sindoni family. It was a difficult recipe to obtain.
In the beginning, the cookie broke very often, so we had to experiment a lot with different doughs to find the exact, perfect consistency we were looking for.
When, after much trial and error, the Sindoni brothers found the magic recipe, they said they felt the happiness they had felt when soldiers gave them the cookie as a present in 1930, when they were children in Sicily. Since then, this wonderful product has spread to different regions and is now distributed in more than 15 countries in America and Europe.
