Great staff. The employees have always been incredibly helpful and more than happy to help in anyway they can. They keep the place clean and the chicken, crispy and fresh. Not oily at all. I enjoy coming here whenever I feel like having some Popeyes. I am glad they are in the area.
Earlier today I stopped by to give it another shot. My experience was beyond unacceptable. I stood at the counter - alone - no other customers there, and for several minutes waited for any person behind the counter to at least say hello to me or to at least acknowledge my presence.

Nada. Nothing. Zip. Zilch. One lady looked me square in the eyes three times as I stood there and said NOTHING. I got the message and left. On the way out I called the store number from the Popeyes App twice. Each time it rang for 5 minutes with no answer, and then disconnected my call..

Then I reached out to Customer Service number only to find that it was actually a Customer Non-Service number. I was directed to chat, with no chance for a human, then sent a text to receive "further help" and then disconnected AGAIN.

To their near credit, I did get an email back, to which I was invited to participate further in their Customer Non-Service cycle by emailing. I offered to share my experience by phone and emailed that in fact I had previously provided that number for that purpose.
