Business Description
Billy is a life-long resident of Oxford, Mississippi. He was in the manufactured housing industry for more than 20 years until 2004, when he started Clark Construction and Development. In addition to being a Broker in real estate, he is a licensed general contractor and a licensed insurance agent. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Mississippi Association of Realtors, the North Central Board of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Mississippi Builders' Association.
