Revere Health was founded in 1969 by three internal medicine specialists in Provo, Utah, and has grown into a statewide clinic network today. We now offer more than 30 medical specialties, including primary care, specialty medicine, and surgery care, to patients at all stages of life. Revere Health operates in more than 100 urban and rural locations throughout Utah.

In the last decade, Revere Health has led the nation in practicing “value-based care.” This system aims to reverse the unsustainable trend of rising healthcare costs by incentivizing providers based on value, not volume, of services.

Our national leadership is evidenced by the fact that we were the first Accountable Care Organization (ACO) accredited by Medicare in Utah, and the only Next Generation ACO in the state. Revere Health takes a unique, patient-oriented approach to healthcare. We strive to keep medical costs at a minimum while providing the utmost quality healthcare.
