Matthew Brown (editor and self-proclaimed snow blower expert) has lived in Wisconsin his entire life. So, you could say he knows a thing or two about harsh winters. Currently, he lives in western Wisconsin close to Minneapolis with his wife, daughter, and incredibly energetic Siberian Husky (Cooper). The first time Matthew touched a shovel was right around 7 years old on his family farm; there always seemed to be snow on the ground! Fast forward 36 years, he occasionally uses a shovel when needed, but prefers to use one of his 7 snow blowers. You could say he’s a little obsessed. He has extensive knowledge of all things snowblowers, gazebos, lawn care, and designing an outdoor space to die for. His keen eye for detail allows him to offer clients a variety of options to fit their unique tastes and goals. His career allows him to be outside all year long. He’s also been known to travel on occasion to assist clients during the final stages of their custom build. What he loves about being a backyard dream builder is seeing his client’s faces light up after the work is done.
