Sharell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Sharell's background also includes certified Educator and Esthetics Instructor at one of Atlanta's most prestigious Aesthetic Post-Secondary Institutions.
