Business Description
I advocate for individuals facing criminal investigations or charges in both state and federal courts across central Florida, handling a broad spectrum of cases from misdemeanors and traffic offenses to high-level felonies. This includes white-collar crime and drug trafficking cases. In addition, I stand up for victims of personal injury due to negligence or intentional conduct of others, handling cases ranging from vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, or assault.
What Problems Can I Help You Solve?
I aim to alleviate the burden and confusion that comes with facing a criminal charge or navigating the aftermath of a personal injury. For criminal defense clients, my firm and I offer clear communication and diligent representation, entering negotiations with prosecutors, and fighting cases as needed.
For personal injury clients, we guide them through their journey from managing their medical care, tracking their bills, and preparing their case for litigation to negotiating reductions in medical bills, aiming to maximize their compensation.
How Can I Make A Difference For You?
With 12 years of practice, including roles at preeminent law firms and as a prosecutor, I bring extensive experience and high-level representation to my clients. My experience includes over 68 trials and handling some of the most serious crimes. Beyond my personal skillset, I have a carefully chosen, well-trained support team that contributes to the quality of our service.
I’m heavily involved in the local legal community and serve on the executive board of the Orange County Bar Association, which aids in networking and achieving better results for my clients. My firm prides itself on direct and open communication, ensuring that all clients have immediate access to their attorney, which I believe facilitates a faster resolution of cases and stronger collaboration.
