Uptown Psychology is a boutique private practice offering in-person therapy in Coral Gables and surrounding areas, as well as virtual sessions via Zoom. We use evidence-based approaches to support children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotion regulation difficulties, executive functioning challenges (organization, planning, time management), parenting concerns, and life transitions.
