One in two Americans has a musculoskeletal disorder, costing $796 billion a year. This cost has increased by 117% over the past 20 years, leading to an epidemic. Research has found that many of our current treatments are not only ineffective but lead to unnecessary care and prolong disability. Improved outcomes are associated with 1. early care that empowers, 2. determination of directional preference, and 3. maintaining activity.

With only a smartphone and internet access, our application allows an instant connection to a specialist, anytime, anywhere. Our clinicians evaluate musculoskeletal disorders and provide education and a specific treatment plan with follow-up sessions as necessary. All of our clinicians must be Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis (MDT) and focus on patient empowerment. MDT uses movement quality to determine the root cause of pain rather than hands-on skills. The outcomes of MDT have been validated, especially when a directional preference is established.
