We would like to remind our patients that telehealth services, via telephone or video, and after hour phone calls by a medical provider are billable services. As a result of the pandemic these services are now allowed by the insurance companies in order to limit the number of sick visits within our office, therefore, limiting any unnecessary exposure to the coronavirus to our patients and staff.

Given the increase in calls and decreases in office visits, this medical model will persist for the duration of the pandemic and will likely continue as medical care evolves over the coming years.
