Business Description
Tadalista contains tadalafil, and it can interact with several medicines. The most important interactions are: Nitrates — do NOT combine. This includes nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate/dinitrate, and some “poppers.” The combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Nitrates generally should not be given within 48 hours after tadalafil except in a life-threatening situation under close medical supervision. D DailyMed +1 Alpha-blockers such as tamsulosin, alfuzosin, or doxazosin can lower blood pressure further when combined with tadalafil. D DailyMed Blood-pressure medicines can have an additive blood-pressure-lowering effect. A Access Data FDA Certain antifungals and HIV medicines (strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, or ritonavir) can substantially increase tadalafil levels; dose restrictions may be necessary. D DailyMed Some seizure medicines and rifampicin/rifampin can reduce tadalafil levels and effectiveness. D DailyMed Large amounts of alcohol can increase dizziness and low blood pressure when combined with tadalafil. A Access Data FDA Riociguat (a medicine for pulmonary hypertension) should not be combined with tadalafil because of the risk of significant hypotension. D DailyMed If you give me the names and doses of the medicines/supplements you currently take, I can check them specifically for interactions with Tadalista.
