Tadarise 60 mg (tadalafil) must not be combined with nitrate medicines at any time while tadalafil is active. This combination can cause a dangerous, potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure. How long should you wait? After taking Tadarise 60 mg: Do not take nitrate medicines for at least 48 hours after the last tadalafil dose. Even after 48 hours, nitrates should only be considered by medical professionals under close monitoring if medically necessary. If you regularly use nitrates: Do not take Tadarise unless your prescribing doctor has reviewed your medicines and confirmed a safe plan. If you develop chest pain after taking Tadarise: Do not take nitroglycerin or other nitrates yourself. Call emergency services and tell the medical team when you last took tadalafil. Nitrates include nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, and recreational “poppers.” Tadalafil is also not to be combined with riociguat.
