Stephan has over 24 years of experience as a commercial real estate agent/broker in sales and leasing in Houston, Texas. He formed Ardent Realty Group, LLC commercial brokerage company in 2008 and managed a team of 10 commercial agents until 2023.

Stephan has personally represented both multifamily and single-family land developers, and developers of retail centers, hotels, heavy equipment dealerships, and gas stations throughout Texas. His specialty has always been in land brokerage, which includes site selection, entitlements and infrastructure research, and marketing of land for sale.

Now a permanent resident of the Big Island, Hawaii his focus will be on advising land buyers and sellers on land opportunities in Hawaii. .
