Anani Remodeling is a licensed general contractor based in Roseville, California. We remodel homes across Placer and Sacramento counties. Our work is kitchens and bathrooms first. That means a full kitchen remodel with a new layout, custom cabinetry and stone counters, or a bathroom taken back to the studs with new waterproofing, custom tile and a frameless glass shower. We also build custom cabinetry for the rest of the house, build decks, and install siding and replacement windows. Every project starts with an in-home consultation. We measure, we look at what is behind the walls where we need to, and we give you a written, line-by-line quote before anything is demolished. If something unexpected turns up mid-project, you hear about it the same day, with options, before we act on it. We pull the permits and schedule the inspections ourselves. Roseville and Rocklin issue their own, Granite Bay and Fair Oaks go through the county, and knowing each process is part of why a local crew finishes on schedule. Areas we serve: Roseville, Granite Bay, Rocklin, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Fair Oaks and Sacramento. CSLB #1157715, Class B General Contractor. Licensed, bonded and insured.
