Business Description
Anasazi Builders is a family-owned custom home builder in Pasco, WA, serving the Tri-Cities: Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser and Burbank. Father and son John and Stephen Worlund bring roughly 80 years of combined experience and 250+ completed projects. Every home is fully custom and built on your own lot, with no repeated plans and no set option packages. Contracts are fixed-price turnkey, so the price signed with the homeowner and the bank is the price. Work includes custom home design, land and site development on raw acreage (well, septic, power), permitting in Franklin, Benton and Walla Walla counties, and in-house cabinetry and finish carpentry. Licensed, bonded and insured in Washington, license ANASABL825RL.
