We get to know our patents and their loved ones on a personal level and work closely with a team of specialist to develop a palliative care plan that supports the patient and families end-of-life goals.
While we do not administer curative care, our staff will aggressively treat symptoms and pain to ensure comfort.
Avery Hospice LLC provides several levels of care to the patients, all include medication (related to the terminal diagnosis), Durable Medical Equipment.
Routine Home Care, Respite Care, Continuous Care, General Inpatient.
All services including levels of care, medication, equipment and incontinence care are included in the Medicare Benefit.
