The Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws ( BBA LLB ) course is a five-year integrated program that imparts training in both legal and business aspects. The course syllabus is designed to provide an overview of all the important aspects of business and law. The first year of the course covers subjects like Business Environment, Business Communication, Business Mathematics, and Legal Studies. The second year subjects include Business Economics, Business Statistics, Business Ethics, and Constitutional Law. The third year subjects are Business Taxation, Business Legislation, Company Law, and Property Law. The fourth year subjects are Banking Law, Intellectual Property Law, International Business Law, and Labour Law. The fifth year subjects include Environmental Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Procedure Code.
